Kanye West sued for sexual harassment by former employee

Yes Her former executive assistant claims the rapper fired her after sending her a series of vulgar messages and sexually explicit videos.

According to a report TMZ published on Monday, June 3, Lauren Pisciotta filed a lawsuit against the artist formerly known as Kanye West that claims he sexually harassed her on multiple occasions. Pisciotta used to be an OnlyFans model who earned $1 million for posting photos of herself in bikinis and lingerie. She met Ye in 2021 while he was working on his clothing line. He hired her shortly after they met and even collaborated with her on three songs for his Donda Album.

After working for him for a year, Ye asked her to delete her beloved OnlyFans account so she could be more “godlike,” Pisciotta said. The “CARNIVAL” rapper promised her he would pay her $1 million to do so. He eventually promoted her to chief of staff at her various companies with a salary of $4 million. Not long after she agreed to his terms, her boss began sending her many sexually charged messages, according to Pisciotta. She recalled him listing his strange fantasies with women using profanities.

“My problem is that I want to fuck, but then after I fuck, I want a girl to tell me how hard she got fucked while I fuck her. Then I want her to cheat on me,” Ye reportedly wrote in one message.

Pisciotta also claimed that Ye masturbated during their phone conversations. She stated that Ye asked her to guess what he was doing. In addition, Ye sent her various sexual photos and videos that showed him having sex with models. His former assistant also claimed that he was obsessed with how well-endowed her friends were.

After subjecting her to all of this, Pisciotta said Ye fired her in October 2022. She claimed he offered her a $3 million severance package, but the lawsuit alleges he never paid her. She is suing the former billionaire for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and hostile work environment.

So far, Ye has not responded to Pisciotta’s allegations. This is the latest disgruntled employee to take legal action against Ye. Earlier this year, he was sued for allegedly attack a man who wanted an autographHe is also facing a Lawsuit for racial discrimination of a former employee who claims he was fired because he refused to shave off his dreadlocks.
