Pittsburg teen shot in Antioch, police say – NBC Bay Area

According to police, an 18-year-old Pittsburg man was shot and killed in Antioch on Monday evening.

At around 6 p.m., officers were called to the 1100 block of Macaulay Street for a report of a shooting.

When officers arrived, they found the victim, identified as Henry Granado II, with at least one gunshot wound, police said. He was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Antioch detectives believe the shooting was a homicide, police said, but did not provide further information on the suspect or motive.
