LAUREL, Maryland. – The Prince George’s County Police Department Accident Analysis and Reconstruction Unit is investigating a fatal crash that occurred Saturday in the unincorporated part of Laurel. The deceased driver is 23-year-old Justin Xavier Smith of Upper Marlboro.

A passenger in a second car is in critical condition. The driver and passengers of the third vehicle were hospitalized with injuries that were deemed non-life-threatening. All occupants of the fourth vehicle were uninjured.
