NYPD: Two teenagers arrested after dog theft in NYC

LONGWOOD, Bronx (PIX11) – Two 16-year-old girls were arrested in connection with a stolen dog in the Bronx, according to the NYPD.

Police said a 10-year-old dachshund named Milkshake was abducted from his home on Tiffany Street in Longwood on May 4.

Sources told PIX11 News that the dog was kidnapped while his owner was hosting a birthday party.

Police did not confirm whether Milkshake was found. The two teens were charged with grand theft and harassment.
