Latham woman pleads guilty to sexual exploitation of children

LATHAM, NY (NEWS10) — A Latham woman pleaded guilty Monday to sexual exploitation of children. Kristy Koldis, 46, faces 15 years in prison at sentencing.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Koldis admitted to creating sexually explicit content depicting a victim between the ages of nine and about 13 and distributing the files to Joshua White.

According to the Justice Department, White pleaded guilty to distribution and possession of child sexual abuse images on December 11, 2023. Koldis will be sentenced on October 3 and will be required to register as a sex offender upon her release from prison.
