Halo Flight transports driver after rollover accident in Refugio County

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – Robelin Revilla Jr., 42, was ejected from his 1998 Chevrolet Silverado Monday morning after it left the road and rolled over as he headed west on SH 239 toward U.S. 77.

According to Texas Highway Patrol investigators, Revilla was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected in the accident.

He was flown to CHRISTUS Spohn Shoreline by Halo Flight for his injuries, but remained conscious and spoke with first responders.

Current information on his condition is not currently available.

The accident remains under investigation by the Texas Highway Patrol.
