Preseason open fever against Atlanta | How to watch for free

INDIANAPOLIS – Caitlin Clark will play in front of her home crowd in Indiana for the first time on Thursday. And even if you can’t make it to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, you can still watch the game for free.

Clark and the Indiana Fever will host the Atlanta Dream on Thursday, May 9 at 7 p.m. EDT. Tickets were still available for just $8 on Wednesday, but the game is also available for free on the WNBA app.

The WNBA app can be downloaded for free via Google Play or the App Store.

The Fever’s home preseason game was previously scheduled for Friday, May 10, but was moved to Thursday after the Indiana Pacers advanced to the second round of the playoffs and will now face the New York Knicks in Game 3 that night.

The Fever opened the preseason last week in Dallas, losing to the Wings 79-76. Clark scored 21 points in his professional debut.

All out-of-market games, excluding those nationally broadcast, can be viewed using WNBA League Pass. Use the zip code checker on the League Pass FAQ page to determine which games are available in your area.

Games that are not available live on WNBA League Pass will be available on demand once the game is completed.

Fever on WTHR and WALV

The Fever will open the regular season on Wednesday, May 15 in Connecticut.

As the local television home of the Indiana Fever, WTHR/WALV will broadcast 17 Fever games during the upcoming season.

The broadcast schedule will include the home opener against the New York Liberty on Thursday, May 16.

Ten of the games will be broadcast live for free on WTHR, and seven of the games will be on WALV, which carries MeTV programming and is on channels 13.3 and 46.1.
