Records indicate video surveillance helped investigators identify a black sedan as the vehicle of interest, which they now believe to be a Chevrolet Malibu.

Records indicate that Google Maps data places Flowers at the scene of Megan’s murder. They also say the 5.7x28mm shell casing found at the scene matches ammunition pictured in a photo on Flower’s phone, as well as a black Ruger 57 handgun.

The documents say a ballistics test linked shell casings found in two other shootings, one in south Houston in March and another in southeast Houston in April.

Documents state that on March 29, a man driving a Chevrolet Malibu shot another man in the face and arm near Goodhop Street and Scott Street. That victim survived, documents show.

Records indicate that on April 4, an apartment was attacked by a shooting in southeast Houston. Records indicate officers spoke to a minor girl who lived in the apartment. She told investigators the week before she was lured into a man’s car. Documents say she told police the man, who went by the name “Pays,” offered her drugs and attempted to sexually assault her and that she believed it was retaliation .

The documents say the girl gave officers an address where she said “Country” lived.

The documents say Kalie told a friend she would stay with someone named “Country.” The documents also state that Flowers admitted to picking Kalie up in his car on April 21, but told investigators that “the last time I saw her, she was in one piece.”

Records also indicate that Kalie’s mother told investigators that she received a call from a man demanding a ransom for her daughter on April 22, and that she could hear her daughter screaming for help in the background. plan.

Baytown police say Goodwin is still missing.

Donna says she wants her daughter’s case to mark the end of Flower’s criminal activities. “I hope he doesn’t get away with it and that not only do we get justice for Megan, but…” “Justice for all the families,” Heather interjected.

South Carolina court records indicate Flowers has been charged with several violent crimes, including assault, armed robbery and murder. The murder charge dates from 2004 and has not been prosecuted, records show.

Flowers is charged with murder in Megan’s case, but has not been charged with any crimes in the other cases mentioned. He is innocent until proven guilty. The investigation is ongoing.
