Kanye West sued for sexual harassment by former assistant

Kanye West is in legal trouble. The legendary rapper has been accused of sexual harassment by a woman who used to be his assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. The assistant claims she worked with West on his clothing line as well as three songs on his 2021 album. DondaWhat began as a working relationship, however, quickly spiraled out of control. Pisciotta claims West sent her sexually explicit texts and videos of him having sexual relations with other women.

TMZ broke the news of the lawsuit on June 3. Pisciotta was hired by Kanye West in July 2021 and claimed the rapper offered her $1 million if she deleted her OnlyFans account. Within a year, she was promoted to chief of staff of several of West’s companies, with an annual salary of $4 million. The downside of that promotion was that Pisciotta claims she was frequently sexually harassed. She said West repeatedly masturbated during phone conversations and asked her to guess what he was doing. Pisciotta also claimed the rapper was fixated on her friends’ sexual habits. She added that West repeatedly described his sexual fantasies to her via text message.

Former Kanye West employee complained about sexually explicit lyrics

TMZ provides examples of these alleged texts. One of them reads, “See, my problem is that I want to fuck. But after I fuck, I want a girl to tell me how hard they got fucked while I fuck her. Then I want her to cheat on me.” It becomes more explicit in the following examples. In one text in particular, West claims that his genitals are “racist” because of his sexual preferences. “I’ll stare at pictures of white women with black asses,” he allegedly wrote. “And beat the shit out of my racist dick.” It should be noted that the last example was a text that Pisciotta recalled from memory. Pisciotta was fired from West’s company in October 2022. The former chief of staff claimed that West offered her $3 million in severance pay but had not yet paid her.

Pisciotta is allegedly suing for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and hostile work environment. This is not the first time Kanye West has been accused of questionable behavior by his former employees. In 2022, NBC claimed West paid a former employee severance pay for claiming West praised Adolf Hitler at work meetings. Five other employees have confirmed that the rapper mentioned Hitler in professional contexts. West’s camp has yet to comment on these latest allegations.
