Michael Lees killed in motorcycle crash in Tiverton, Rhode Island – NECN

A 27-year-old man has died after his motorcycle collided with a car in Tiverton, Rhode Island, on Sunday evening.

Police told Boston affiliate NBC10 WJAR that Michael Lees of Westport was riding his Harley Davidson on Route 24 North near Exit 4 around 5 p.m. when he collided with another vehicle.

As a result of the impact, he fell from his Harley and succumbed to his injuries.

Police told WJAR that a woman reported the accident, but did not disclose who the other driver involved was.

No further details were released. The investigation is ongoing.
