Several teens injured in car crash Saturday on Mercer Road – Butler Eagle

CENTER TWP – Several teenagers were injured in a car crash at the intersection of Mercer Road and Cloverleaf Lane across from Stirling Landscape and Nursery around 4 p.m. Saturday, June 1.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, three teenagers were taken to hospitals in Butler and Allegheny County with unknown injuries.

The vehicle, a silver Subaru Legacy sedan, appeared to have sustained most of the damage on the driver’s side. The driver’s door separated from the vehicle and the driver and passenger airbags deployed.

Officer Jason Gueck said the cause of the accident is currently under investigation. Due to the age of those involved, no details can be released.
