Roommate found dead with gunshot wounds in Phoenix

Phoenix police believe one of the roommates shot the other and then shot himself.

PHOENIX – Two roommates were found dead in a Phoenix home Saturday night in an apparent murder-suicide incident.

At around 11 p.m., officers responded to reports of a shooting near Greenway Road and Tatum Boulevard. Upon arrival, they encountered a woman who said her boyfriend was injured inside.

Police said officers found the bodies of 44-year-old Ryan Liming and 55-year-old James Quinn inside the home. Both suffered gunshot wounds.

Apparently, there had been an argument between the two roommates earlier in the evening before Quinn allegedly shot Liming and then himself.

The case is still under investigation.
