First weather warning: Warm and humid until mid-week

ROCHESTER, NY – Clouds will slowly clear Monday morning, with some sunshine in the afternoon and temperatures well above 70 degrees.

Humidity will slowly increase throughout Monday into Tuesday and Wednesday, while temperatures will rise to above 80 degrees during the week. Tuesday will be partly sunny, with only a slight chance of rain/thunderstorms in the afternoon, mainly east of Rochester.

Later on Wednesday, the chance for storms will increase. We’re not expecting severe weather on Wednesday, but some heavy rain is possible. Behind this front, cooler weather will settle into the region, with at times unsettled skies through the weekend.
