‘Malome’ accused of raping a 5-year-old girl in Tlhabine is in custody – Tzaneen Voice

LENYENYE: A Tlhabine man accused of the senseless rape of a five-year-old girl has been remanded in custody.

Masilo Philemon Sebashe appeared briefly before the Lenyenye Magistrate Court in Grehe 39 – year-old is charged with

Rape of a five-year-old girl whom he transported from home to school and back.

At the end of April, Sebashe was denied bail after the court found that he had not presented exceptional reasons for his release.

The 39-year-old returned to the dock on Friday but will spend more time behind bars as his case was remanded to July 4.

This while the court is waiting for DNA and the testimony of a social worker.
