Pune: Days after a 17-year-old teenager in Pune allegedly crushed two people to death with his luxury Porsche, the company has submitted a report to the police on the condition of the vehicle. The incident took place on May 19 last month.

What does the report say?

In its report, the company stated that no defects or technical problems were found with the vehicle. Porsche employees were asked to examine the car after the incident. After initially being released on bail, the boy was taken to a youth center following the uproar in the country.

While the investigation into the case is ongoing, the police have taken his parents and grandfather into custody for allegedly attempting to tamper with evidence in the case. During the court hearing, the police stated that they suspect several people were involved in tampering with the accused teenager’s blood sample.

Mother and others tried to exchange blood sample

Police said the boy’s mother, hospital staff and two doctors have been arrested so far for allegedly mixing up the accused’s blood sample. They allegedly wanted to prove that the boy was not drunk at the time of the accident. However, police claimed to have CCTV footage showing the accused drinking alcohol with his friends at two bars shortly before the incident.

The police have opened three separate cases in connection with the incident. One concerns the accident, another the bar for serving alcohol to the minor, and a third case concerns the boy’s father for allowing his minor son to drive the car without a valid driver’s license.
