Woman dies in paddle boarding accident ⋆ 715Newsroom.com

A Minnesota woman has died after falling off her paddle board in northwest Wisconsin late last week.

The Burnett County Sheriff’s Office said 35-year-old Jessica Lindberg of Prior Lake, Minnesota, died last Thursday when she fell off her board in Crooked Lake. Boaters said she fell into the water and couldn’t get out. A kayaker was able to catch Lindberg, but it was too late.
