Buffalo National River requests information about assault at campground

HARRISON, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Buffalo National River is asking for information about an assault that occurred at one of the park’s campgrounds, according to a social media post.

The park said the assault took place at Blue Hole Campground around 6 p.m. on May 27.

The victim, identified as a 43-year-old woman, suffered serious injuries, according to the message.

Buffalo National River says if you were at the campground that day or have information that could help, contact the park.
