The final of the OSU baseball game against the UC Irvine Corvallis Regional was postponed until Monday due to rain

The Oregon State Beavers baseball team is just one win away from securing a place in the NCAA Super Regionals.

Oregon State defeated UC Irvine 5-3 on Saturday at Goss Stadium to advance to the final of the Corvallis Regional. The Beavers got big performances from Travis Bazzana, Dallas Macias and Jacob Kmatz to help them beat the Anteaters in front of 4,224 fans at home.

The Beavers’ Corvallis regional final against UC Irvine began at 6 p.m. Sunday but was suspended due to rain and will resume at 12:06 p.m. Monday.

OSU leads UC Irvine 6-4 and play resumes Monday with half of the fourth inning.
