NYPD investigates violent touching incident on D train

NEW YORK, NY — The NYPD’s Transit Special Victims Squad is currently investigating an incident of forcible touching that occurred on a southbound D train near Grand Street Station Sunday morning. At approximately 9:40 a.m., a 28-year-old woman reported that an unknown man touched her buttocks before fleeing the scene.

The suspect is described as a man with dark skin, medium build, weighing approximately 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue and white t-shirt and gray pants. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident. Authorities are seeking any information that could help in locating the suspect.
