Family says 4 dead found in southwest Miami-Dade home – NBC 6 South Florida

Police are investigating after a family member said four people were found dead in a home in southwest Miami-Dade on Sunday.

Miami-Dade police searched the home on Southwest 147th Court in Kendale Lakes, but officials did not confirm what they found.

But a family member told NBC6 that the victims found inside were his 85-year-old stepmother and her ex-husband, as well as the stepmother’s son and wife.

The stepson said he has been trying to contact his stepmother for the past three to four days but has not received a response.

He said he checked on her at around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday and found the four dead inside.

He said he didn’t know how they died.
