Fatal accident in Muskingum County – WHIZ

Zanesville – The Ohio State High Schoolay Patrol Zanesville Post investigates car crash that killed one person in the US 40 nearby Milestone 4 in Hopewell CommunityMuskingum County.

According to Patrol Sgt. Jeff Jirles: “OntoSunday, June 2, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.approximately 12:12 Clock, a red 1996 Ford F250 traveled westward on US 40, when it came off the right side of the road and a ditch And A Utility Pol. The veVehicle overturned and travelrun down An embankment, eeject the driver.”

The truck withoperated by 20 years old Logan D. Mr Mott, from Hopewell, Ohio. Mott was pronounced dead at Genesis HoHospital.

THt Sheriff of Muskingum County‘s Office, Ohio Department by TrAnsportation, National Trail Fire Department and Ford‘s TÖwing reacted to the scene.

The crash rremains U.Nthe investigation.
