A Portsmouth teenager has been kidnapped, police said

PORTSMOUTH, Va. – A young girl from Portsmouth has been kidnapped, according to police.

Portsmouth Police are searching for 15-year-old Niema Cassell. It is considered endangered; Portsmouth Police have reason to believe she may be a kidnap victim.

Cassell was last seen with long black or dark brown braids and is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 95 pounds. She was last seen wearing purple Crocs, a black shirt and black tights while carrying a pink and black iPad.
