Statewide alert issued for missing Culberson County woman

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Texas Department of Public Safety has issued a statewide CLEAR alert for a missing Culberson County woman who was last seen on Friday, May 31.

Danielle Plummer, 62, was last seen around noon Friday in the 800 block of Van Horn Dr.

She is missing and may be in danger, DPS said in its alert sent early Sunday morning.

She is described as a black woman, 5’1″ tall, weighing 230 pounds and with brown eyes.

According to information DSP gave to the media, she was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants and has a beard.

The state’s Coordinated Law Enforcement Adult Rescue (CLEAR) Alert program, created by a 2019 Texas law, is designed to “bridge the gap between missing children and seniors,” according to DPS.

The CLEAR alarm assists law enforcement in locating and rescuing missing, kidnapped or abducted adults, or adults in immediate danger of injury or death, and assists in locating potential suspects.
