Mass shooting in the USA: Shooting in Ohio leaves one dead and dozens injured

One person was killed and at least 26 people injured in a mass shooting in Akron, Ohio, overnight, the AP news agency reported, citing local authorities.

The report said a 27-year-old man was killed and at least 26 others were injured in the shooting, which occurred after midnight near Kelly Avenue and 8th Avenue. The victims were taken to area hospitals.

According to media reports, Ohio police seized a firearm and dozens of cartridge cases at the crime scene.

So far, the police have not been able to identify any suspects.
