Driver arrested after firing shots in the air during incident of driving aggression, police say

AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — According to the Potter County Sheriff’s Office, a driver was arrested after firing a shot into the air during a road rage incident.

The incident occurred around 5:45 p.m. Friday near FM 1912 and Highway 60.

The other driver called 911.

The Potter County Sheriff’s Office responded.

Officers arrested the suspect at Toot’n Totum on Lakeside Drive.

He was taken to the Potter County Jail.

Further information is expected to be released this weekend.
