Red light cameras installed at two intersections in Bucks County: Police

Violations are punishable by a $100 fine, police say, but it won’t affect your driving record, insurance premiums or CDL status.

BENSALEM, Pennsylvania (WPVI) – Police are warning residents of Bucks County: Anyone who runs a red light at two intersections in Bensalem starting Saturday will be fined.

The 60-day warning period ended over the weekend and red light camera surveillance began overnight.

According to authorities, the cameras are installed in all directions on Street Road and Knights Road, as well as at another intersection.

Violations are punishable by a $100 fine, police say, but it won’t affect your driving record, insurance premiums or CDL status.
