Woman found dead in Huntington Beach home – Orange County Register

The death of a woman in a Huntington Beach apartment building on Friday, May 31, was ruled a homicide by authorities and the search for the killer continued into the weekend.

At around 2:30 p.m., officers were called to the home on 1100th Street in England for a suspicious death, according to Huntington Beach police. The woman was found dead inside the home, and evidence points to homicide, according to police.

The identity of the victim was not known on Saturday.

Authorities said it was an isolated incident, but further information, such as the cause of death or how authorities were notified, was not immediately released.
