Ontario County man sentenced to 35 years in prison for kidnapping and raping high school student

Alexander Kise, 21, was sentenced to 35 years in prison on Friday for kidnapping and raping a high school student in June 2022. He will also have to register as a sex offender after his release.

Kise was found guilty on several counts, including two counts of first-degree rape, two counts of third-degree rape, three counts of false imprisonment, two counts of menacing, and two counts of illegal possession of a weapon. The court found him guilty of sexually assaulting, injuring, and threatening his victim while holding her captive for two days.

In addition, Kise is charged with allegedly hiring a hitman to kill the judge, the prosecutor and a witness in his case. He is awaiting trial for this alleged assassination.
