Accident on I-10 causes delays in Jackson County

JACKSON COUNTY, Mississippi (WLOX) – An accident on I-10 in Jackson County caused delays Friday afternoon.

The accident occurred west of exit 57. A damaged vehicle was seen in the median near mile marker 55.

The Mississippi Highway Patrol said there were several injuries.

No lanes were blocked and traffic was back to normal by 1 p.m.

The cause of the crash is still being investigated.
