A man was found guilty of raping a woman in a cemetery.

Khaliz Ali Alshimery attacked his victim in the early hours of November 19 in the grounds of St Clement’s Church, off Marston Road in Oxford.

The 46-year-old, from Grenoble Road in Oxford, was also found guilty of penetrative assault and three counts of sexual assault.

His sentence will be announced at Oxford Crown Court on 21 June.
