Water main break reported in Midtown Atlanta

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Another water main break has been reported in Midtown Atlanta.

The break was reported at 11th Street and West Peachtree Street NW late Friday evening. The diameter of the break is currently unknown.

This follows a water main break Friday morning that disrupted service to much of downtown Atlanta. According to the city, the two breaks are not related.

A boil water advisory has already been issued for much of Atlanta due to the earlier water main break.
