Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputy Involved in Accident

This morning at approximately 8:15 a.m., Fultondale Police responded to a crash that occurred near Carson Road and Candy Mountain Road. The crash involved a deputy driving a Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office vehicle that caught fire. Two other vehicles were also involved in the crash. Both Fultondale and Center Point Fire and EMS units responded to the scene. No injuries were reported.
