Suspect allegedly stole beef brisket from backyard

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) – “Have you seen this brisket bandit?” asks Eau Claire police.

According to Eau Claire police, a north-island family was smoking a brisket overnight earlier this week when it was allegedly stolen by an unknown person while they were sleeping.

The suspect is accused of entering the victim’s backyard and taking 12 pounds of meat.
