One dead and one injured in traffic accident on Morgantown Road

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) – The Warren County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that one person was killed and another was seriously injured in a crash on Morgantown Road.

Multiple fire, police, rescue and air evacuation crews responded to reports of a vehicle hitting a tree in the 8900 block of Morgantown Road.

According to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, traffic on the road has been stopped in both directions. The road remains closed while investigators reconstruct the accident.
