TUSCARAWAS COUNTY, Ohio – Two Ohio men have been indicted by a Tuscarawas County grand jury on charges of aggravated assault, a second-degree felony.

According to officials, the charges against 20-year-old Wyatt Andrew Shaw of Gnadenhutten and 19-year-old Landon Scott Levengood of Sherrodsville are the result of a road rage incident that turned violent.

On Friday, February 9, 2024, the Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital regarding an individual who came to the emergency room seeking treatment for being assaulted as a result of what was described as a road rage incident.
