Vehicle and motorcycle accident reported in Skaneateles

A two-vehicle accident was reported in the town of Skaneateles Tuesday afternoon.

Around 3:30 p.m., a call came in about a crash between a motorcycle and an SUV on West Lake Road between Sailboat Way and Lake Way Lane, the Onondaga County media hotline 911 told The Citizen.

The Skaneateles and Marcellus Volunteer Rescue Department, Skaneateles Fire Department and Mottville Fire Company responded to the scene.

According to a Facebook post from Mottville Fire Company, one patient was treated at the scene and transported by Marcellus Ambulance Volunteer Emergency Services.

No further information was immediately available.
