Like most people living in Texas, I love to eat no matter the food because I will try just about anything. Especially when it has hot sauce or if it’s fried. But we are fortunate to have so many fantastic restaurant options throughout Texas. We have everything from delicious barbecue to delicious Mexican food to enough dessert options for everyone. But while I was on social media recently, I saw photos of a restaurant in Texas that I didn’t know about, and I immediately started drooling over it.

I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of this place, but we might have to take a road trip together to visit The Waffle Bus. After looking up their information online, I found that they have two locations in the Houston area, one on North Shepherd Drive and the other on West Alabama Street. But this place isn’t just any waffle restaurant, it’s gourmet waffles

It doesn’t matter if you want to have breakfast or if you want more of a lunch/dinner atmosphere. Because the Waffle Bus serves breakfast waffle sandwiches all day long. They are open from 11am to 10pm most days but stay open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Plus, you can customize your own cereal milkshake!
