At May 21, 2024Ningi Research (“Ningi”) published a brief report on Oddity alleging that the company “completely misled investors about every critical aspect of its business, concealing a large brick-and-mortar store and revenue generated through dishonest marketing tactics.” Among other allegations, the Ningi report claims that while Oddity purports to be a “pure online company,” Ningi “found extensive evidence that Oddity owns and operates 43 stores and six beauty schools that were never disclosed to investors in SEC filings”; that “(m)orious portions of the company’s Israeli operations remain undisclosed and unaudited”; that “Oddity’s finance department is full of red flags”; and that Ningi “suspects that Oddity’s headcount is understated.”

Following this news, Oddity’s share price fell $3.02 per share or 7.37% and closed at 37,97 € per share on May 21, 2024.
