KCPD tries to identify suspect after victim attacked over parking space

KANSAS CITY, Missouri (KCTV) – Police in Kansas City are trying to identify a person who attacked another person in a Walmart parking lot in early May.

The Kansas City, Missouri Police Department announced Thursday, May 30, that law enforcement is attempting to identify a suspect in connection with an attack that occurred at a local Walmart.

On May 8 at approximately 4:50 p.m., police say they were called to Walmart at 11601 EUS Highway 40 for a report of an aggravated assault. When they arrived, they found a victim who had allegedly been punched multiple times in the face.

The police said the motive for the crime was a preferred parking space. The suspect was driving a grey Mercedes Benz GLA 250 with an unknown license plate.
