Sean “Diddy” Combs is being sued by another woman who claims he sexually abused him.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ on Tuesday, May 21, Crystal McKinney filed a lawsuit against Diddy, 54, over an alleged incident between them in 2003. In the lawsuit, she claimed that she met Diddy at a Men’s Fashion Week event at Cipriani Downtown in New York City and that he subsequently invited her to his music studio.

McKinney said she left the event with Diddy to go to the studio, where some of his colleagues were present. The model claimed the group drank Hennessy and passed joints around the room. McKinney smoked some of the joint and claimed it felt “very strong,” making her feel like she was floating. In the filing, McKinney shared that she believed the joint was laced with a narcotic or other drug, according to the outlet.

After taking a punch, McKinney claimed Diddy demanded that she follow him into the bathroom. He allegedly forced himself on her and kissed her before shoving his crotch in her face and demanding that she “suck it.” McKinney said she rejected Diddy’s advances, but she claimed the music mogul pushed her head down and forced her to perform oral sex.

All allegations against Diddy in detail

McKinney claimed that after she left, she became dizzy and lost consciousness. She said she next woke up in a taxi and realized she had been sexually assaulted. McKinney did not elaborate on whether she was referring to the alleged oral sex or another sexual act while she was unconscious.

After her alleged encounter with Diddy, McKinney claimed she was banned from the modeling industry. She suffered from depression and contemplated suicide in 2004.

McKinney said she was inspired to come forward after learning about the lawsuits filed by Casandra “Cassie” Ventura and others. (Diddy has vehemently denied the allegations previously made against him.)

We weekly Diddy reached out to him for comment on McKinney’s claims, but did not receive a response by the time of publication.

Eyebrow-raising quotes about Diddy’s alleged behavior over the years

Diddy has been in trouble lately. In addition to the multiple lawsuits against him, he recently made headlines after security footage showing him abusing Cassie, now 37, was released via CNN in 2016. After the video was released on Friday, May 17, Diddy took to social media to apologize for his actions.

“It’s hard to reflect on the darkest times in life, sometimes you have to do that,” Diddy said in an Instagram video on Sunday, May 19. “I was devastated. I mean, I hit rock bottom, but I’m not making any excuses. My behavior in that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I’m disgusted.”

The rapper continued: “I sought professional help. I went to therapy, rehab. Had to ask God for his grace and mercy. I’m so sorry, but I’m committed to being a better person every day. I’m not asking for forgiveness. I’m truly sorry.”
