Man convicted of meth offenses after investigation

TOWANDA, Pa. (WETM) – A man has been convicted of meth charges following a drug trafficking investigation in the Towanda area.

According to the Bradford County District Attorney’s Office, Ricky L. Johnson, 56, was sentenced to a minimum of 23 months and a maximum of 20 years in a state correctional facility on charges of possession of meth with intent to resell, a felony.

This charge stems from a Bradford County Drug Task Force investigation that took place from 2021 to 2022 into the sale of illegal narcotics in the Towanda area.

This is not Johnson’s first drug conviction.
