Man caught on video throwing rocks on LA freeway, causing accident

A motorcyclist crashed and several cars were damaged Thursday after a homeless man was seen throwing rocks on a south Los Angeles freeway.

The accident occurred around 3:30 a.m. Thursday morning on the north side of the 110 Freeway, near 23rd Street, according to footage from OnScene television.

The suspect was last seen on video walking east from Figueroa Street along 23rd Street.
