Child found in Sansom Park, Texas – police looking for parents

SANSOM PARK, Texas – Police are trying to locate the parents of a young boy found Wednesday night in Tarrant County, according to a news release from White Settlement police, who are assisting in the search.

Sansom Park police responded to the Sansom Ridge Apartments in the 3100 block of La Junta Street around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday where a child was found. Officers went door to door looking for the boy’s parents but were unable to locate them.

Police said the child was unable to tell officers his name or where he lived.

As of Thursday morning, the child was still in state custody and authorities were asking the public for help in locating the child’s parents.
