Update on West Valley Silver Alert: Authorities find missing man

PHOENIX – A Silver Alert for a West Valley man was lifted Thursday morning after he was found safe and sound, authorities said.

The Silver Alert for 77-year-old Roger Holm was issued Wednesday night. At that point, he had not been seen since 10:30 a.m., when he left his home on foot in a neighborhood near Citrus and Cactus roads in Surprise.

Holm, who suffers from several illnesses, is 1.85 m tall, weighs 77 kg and has blue eyes and grey hair.

“Roger has been found and is home safe,” Surprise police said Thursday morning on X, the social media site formerly known as Twitter.
