Flack Broadcasting – NYSP: Resident accused of falsely reporting incident in Cold Brook and making false written statements

COLD BREAKFAST- A local resident is accused of falsely reporting an incident in Herkimer County, authorities say.

Kayla L. Carcone, 34, of Cold Brook, NY, was arrested Wednesday evening by New York State Police (Herkimer). Carcone is officially charged with misdemeanors of third-degree false report of an incident and false written statement.

According to police, the charges were filed in the village of Cold Brook, New York.

At press time, police said a summons had been issued against Carcone.

No further details were disclosed.
