4 people charged in connection with KSP drug investigation in Fordsville, KY

FORDSVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) – A drug investigation in western Kentucky has resulted in multiple charges against two men and two women.

The Kentucky State Police (KSP) said officers executed an arrest warrant at a home on Friendship Road in Fordsville around 7 p.m.


According to police, there were “bags containing suspected methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia” in the house.

According to KSP, officers have charged four people multiple times.

  • JC Sutton, 44, was charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, engaging in organized criminal activity, resisting arrest and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance – first offense
  • Jeffrey Hatfield, 39, was charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and engaging in organized crime.
  • Tabatha Embry, 39, was charged with first-degree trafficking in controlled substances, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and engaging in organized crime.
  • Jenna Wooldridge, 40, was charged with engaging in organized crime, first-degree drug trafficking and first-degree possession.

According to KSP, all four were housed at the Ohio County Detention Center in Hartford.

Authorities said the investigation was still ongoing.
