Red Dead Redemption 2 players discover hilarious details they won't be able to forget

I want to know who discovered this first

Have you ever thought about checking your horse’s balls? Red Dead Redemption 2? I hope the answer is no, but someone must have answered yes, because a player noticed a hilarious detail that we unfortunately can’t undo.

It is no secret that Red Dead Redemption 2 offers one of the most detailed open worlds on the market.

Rockstar Games has really done a great job here, showing an exquisite attention to detail that many players will likely miss.

As explained in a thread by Twitter/X user NikTekOfficial, if you take the saddle off your horse, you can see the sweat stains on its back. Or if you shoot a hole in your boat, you can stop and watch water slowly seep through and eventually sink you.

The detail that has caught most people’s attention concerns, of all things, your horse’s testicles.

Check out some of our most popular Red Dead Redemption 2 wins and fails below.

“Horse testicles shrink depending on weather conditions,” wrote NikTekOfficial, comparing summer specimens with winter specimens.

Needless to say, one set is actually smaller than the other.

It’s a small, biologically accurate detail, and I find it impressive that the developers thought to add something like that, but it still raised some questions among players.

“So which one of you freaks found this?” asked Twitter user SilveryCorp.

“I never noticed that. I’ll check next time,” godfredaddai11 wrote amusedly.

“Imagine graduating from school, getting a degree as a developer, getting a dream job at a giant like Rockstar, excited about your first day, and then your boss tells you that you have to spend the next 18 months researching the temperature physics of horse balls,” said MattiusVii.

“Okay, team, who wants to be in charge of the balls?” joked Mini_Couperr.

Well, there you have it. Red Dead Redemption 2 Details you probably didn’t know and probably didn’t need to know, but I bet that won’t stop you from taking a look the next time you open the game.
