Charges have been filed against an Erie County man involved in a car crash in the town of Barrington last month.

Mason Morley was driving southwest on State Route 230 in Barrington on April 26 when his car crossed the center line, left the road and crashed into a ditch. The 25-year-old Depew resident was ejected and suffered an arm injury that required helicopter transport to Strong.

On Wednesday, Morley was charged with drunk driving, failure to wear a seatbelt, speeding and failure to obey lane markings.
