Former Anadarko School employees accused of sexual assault, their documents sealed by judge

ANADARKO, Okla. (KSWO) – Two former Anadarko Public Schools employees are facing a series of sexual assault charges, with the school superintendent saying the incidents occurred “many years ago.”

According to online court records, Jim Pahcoddy is charged with eight counts of sexual assault, while Keith Knight is charged with the same offense only once.

Your 7News team tried to request those court documents on May 29, but we were told they had been sealed by a judge. We also reached out to Superintendent Jerry McCormick, who says they are aware of the charges against two former employees.

They say they continue to take matters seriously, even if the allegations relate to events that occurred years ago, and that they are committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Pahcoddy has been held in the Caddo County Jail on $25,000 bail since his arrest on May 29, while a warrant has been issued for Knight’s arrest.

Pahcoddy’s first court appearance is scheduled for June 21 at 9 a.m. at the Caddo County Courthouse.
