Rebel Moon’s makeup artist stabbed 20 times in ‘cruel’ attack by her ex-boyfriend

Rebel Moon Makeup artist Allie Shehorn was stabbed more than 20 times by her ex-boyfriend in a “horrific and senseless act of violence.”

The incident occurred on Thursday (May 23) in the 35-year-old’s home, where she was found bleeding at 4:30 a.m. by her surrogate mother Christine White, according to KTLA according to deadline.

Shehorn, who also attended the Girls Club – Be careful, they bite! Remake and Babylonsuffered cuts to the neck, arms and stomach in the attack.

She was admitted to hospital where she underwent numerous surgeries and currently has limited use of her hands.

Her attacker is allegedly an ex-boyfriend and extra on the set of Rebel MoonShortly before the attack, she is said to have obtained a restraining order for domestic violence.

The attacker fled the state after the merciless attack before being arrested in Texas near the Mexican border, reports said, citing police.

A post on Shehorn’s boyfriend Jed Dornoff’s Instagram page said the unnamed attacker had previously served time in prison for domestic violence before paying bail and “attacking immediately after his release.”

Dornoff has since set up a GoFundMe page with another friend, Emily MacDonald, in hopes of raising funds for Shehorn’s medical expenses after she was hospitalized “fighting for her life and in critical condition.”

“Allie is a remarkable person, full of warmth, kindness and love. No one deserves to endure such a traumatic experience, especially someone as compassionate and caring as Allie,” they wrote.

Dornoff added that Shehorn was “goofy and optimistic” following the incident while recovering in the hospital, sharing updates on her condition on his Instagram page.

Other friends expressed their support in the comments, encouraging the makeup artist to “stay strong, Allie!” and saying they were “sending her love and healing.”
